About the event
This monthly Moon Club gathering is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reset, releasing what no longer serves and reconnecting with your intentions. Working with the breath, movement and meditation we nourish and re-focus ourselves under the energy of the Full Moon.
Mats, Bolsters and Blocks provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer or would like extra cosiness with your own blankets / pillows.
